Return Conditions

Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

Item must be in original condition (unused, with tags, in original packaging)

Return Process

Wait for our approval and return address

Ship the item back (shipping cost paid by customer)

After we receive and inspect the item, refund will be issued within 7–10 business days
Important: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-quality related returns.
For non-quality issues: only 85% of the product price is refunded – shipping fees are NOT refundable.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason.
However, return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee will NOT be refunded.
Quality Issues (Within 15 Days)
If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged item within 15 days of delivery:

If confirmed defective, follow our instructions (e.g., destroy the defective item)

If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a refund
Repair Service (1-Year Warranty)

Issues occurring between 15 days and 1 year after purchase → free repair

Customer is responsible for shipping the product to us, but the shipping cost will be covered by us (please pay the shipping cost upfront and provide the receipt after shipping, and we will reimburse the shipping fee together with the refund)

We will cover the cost to ship the repaired product back to you
