SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To ensure the timely and efficient delivery of your order, all products are dispatched directly from our manufacturing facilities located in the China, utilizing internationally recognized shipping services. We currently provide delivery services to a broad range of countries and territories worldwide, and we are continuously working to extend our service coverage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, certain regions remain outside of our current delivery network.

Security Notice
For your protection, no additional shipping charges shall be applied following the successful payment of your order. In the event that you receive any unauthorized request for supplementary payment, you are advised to exercise due caution and verify the authenticity of such communication. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Timeframes
Shipping costs are determined dynamically based on the destination of the shipment. Standard delivery typically requires approximately seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days. Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may require up to thirty (30) business days or longer. Please note that certain geographically isolated locations may be subject to extended delivery periods or may not be serviceable at all.

Order Processing
Upon placement of an order, please allow one (1) to three (3) business days for processing. During peak holiday periods (e.g., Christmas), an additional one (1) to two (2) business days may be necessary. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, exclusive of public holidays observed in China. Shipping and Privacy Protection
In order to safeguard your privacy, a return address shall be included on all shipments. Unless expressly indicated as “free shipping,” product prices do not include shipping charges. CRDRAKO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select the carrier for the fulfillment of each order.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Please be advised that any customs duties, import taxes, levies, or other fees imposed by the governmental authorities of the destination country or region shall be borne solely by the purchaser. CRDRAKO assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for such charges or for any delays arising from customs clearance procedures.
